The Problem

Despite Thiamidol’s® clinically proven efficacy, many people aren’t aware that this ingredient can be a breakthrough in treating their pigmentation temporarily and managing it long-term.

The Solution

We set out to change just that with a hyper-targeted digital campaign tailored towards different skin tones & age groups which allowed us to address a range of pigmentation concerns:

Skin concern/focus: Dark spots

Skin concern/focus: Body pigmentation

Skin concern/focus: Melasma routine

Skin concern/focus: Dark spot routine

Skin concern/focus: Melasma

Skin concern/focus: Sun spots

We also explored ways in which different types of skin respond best to pigmentation treatments: E.g. serum only or as a cleanser-serum-kit, opening up the possibilities to customize one’s routine.

The Approach

To not only make people feel heard in their struggle with pigmentation but also educate them on the science behind Thiamidol®, we created content that broke down clinical percentage claims and communicated the ingredient’s efficacy in an easy-to-digest way:
